2019 to 2017
I'm Customer Service Advocate in Teletech, My First account was Amazon it's a retail account, and I'm a Retail Generalist, we handle incoming calls regarding Refund, Redeliveries, Tracking orders, and we also get in touch with the Third Party Seller, if there's a problem with the products. It was a great experience as a retail generalist but after 8 months the account got dissolve and I was Transferred to DoorDash, at DoorDash they called us Hybrid agents we are trained to handle Chats, Email, and Incoming calls. We receive calls/Emails/Chats from Dasher, Consumer, and Restaurants asking for their Food Delivery Order. but then again it was dissolved after less than a year, And I was endorsed at OptumRx and I was a Customer Service Representative, our line of business was a Home Delivery Pharmacy and we are dealing with Refill, Tracking Orders, Renewal of Prescriptions, and General Inquiries I stayed in Teletech for over 2 years, I decided to pursue a Homebase Job. the job that I've been dreaming of
2016-2014
I got hired as a Facilitator at Scholastic International, a Groliers Company. It's an educational publishing company known for its presence in school libraries. We are conducting a Preliminary and Postliminary Test in our Partner Schools, as a Facilitator, My duties and responsibilities are Explaining to the students how the exams work and make sure that they focus on the test. I decided to quit the job because it's an On-Call job, Applied for a Full-time Job .
2014
My first job is a Customer Service Representative at Aegis People Support, I was endorsed to Hilton Account, We handled Reservations, Bookings and Arranging Schedules for our Customers.
Education
2010-2012
After High School, i took up Hotel and Restaurant Management, I decided to pursue my passion which is Cooking and Baking. I wasn't able to finish my course because of Financial Problems, That's why i decided to look for a job that'll best fits me :)
